Coach Thomas Griffin, is the owner and founder of Griffin BA.L.L. He has grown up around the game of basketball and that passion for the sport still burns strong to this day. As a player, Coach Thomas was an extremely talented player from the Southeast side of Chicago. He played one season at South Shore High School before transferring to Marietta Career Academy in Atlanta, Georgia.

Once his playing days were over Coach Thomas channeled his energies towards helping others learn the game. Taking his invaluable experiences as a player, Thomas has transitioned to basketball trainer and coach. Thomas is fulfilled by helping to mold, instruct and lead the next generation of basketball players.
